David Manson invites and welcomes offers to acquire rights in any or all of the three Scripts featured on this website in which he owns the copyright.

Subject to terms, he would accept an offer of $1M for all future rights over the “Abraham” script, this being a full buyout to include the foregoing of any future royalties.  

 

He would also accept $1.5M on like terms for the “Simon” and “Richard” scripts combined.

That said, he is also happy to consider more conventional option/purchase offers from film producers or financiers who see commercial potential in any of his Scripts.

In the event of any such offer being made, David will at that time engage an agent to handle legal and contractual matters relating to rights and remuneration, acting always under the professional guidance of the Society of Authors.

In the meantime, he will consider representation by any literary agent who believes they could negotiate sale of rights in any or all of his Scripts, with appropriate remuneration for themselves. Agents who might be so interested should be aware, however, that David is not presently seeking work on a “writer for hire” basis.
